“The pickup was on time, and the car ride was comfortable. However, the overall experience didn't match the description. The driver did not speak the language we requested. It was a long-distance taxi service rather than a guided tour: we got dropped off at a parking lot at the 1st stop, Shirakawago, and were asked to be back to the car in 1.5 hrs. Then we got dropped off at the 2nd stop, the Town Museum in Takayama, and were asked to be back in 30 min.
