1.PERFECT KYOTO 1-Day Bus Tour

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · from $129Our pick

See Kyoto’s top temples, shrines, bamboo forest, and Golden Pavilion in one busy day with transport, admissions, and optional lunch included.

“If you’re looking for a way to see the key attractions of Kyoto in one day (temples, shrines, bamboo forest, Golden Pavillion, thousand Tori gates), this is the one. At-Chan, our guide, was easy to talk to and kept us all energized throughout our 8.5-9hr tour. Eat a hearty breakfast, bring snacks and beverages. Buffett lunch had varying reviews. There’s a little something for everyone at the Buffett - and if not, you’re right in Arashiyama with plenty of options. The morning attractions were quiet and peaceful, afternoon attractions were busier. Lots of gems on this tour. Highly recommend!”

“She was quite rude for our understanding and took every question as if offended or annoyed, yet she was so different from other japanese that it was amusing for us - I didn’t enjoy a suppressed laugh for so long that it was really worth. All in all if her demeanor can be taken with humor it can be one of the best weird experiences in Japan😉”

“Ben was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and had nice visuals to illustrate the information he was sharing. He was able to answer slightly off-topic questions as well. The sights of Kyoto are very beautiful at night and the crowds are much thinner. Highly recommend this tour!!”
