“If you’re looking for a way to see the key attractions of Kyoto in one day (temples, shrines, bamboo forest, Golden Pavillion, thousand Tori gates), this is the one. At-Chan, our guide, was easy to talk to and kept us all energized throughout our 8.5-9hr tour. Eat a hearty breakfast, bring snacks and beverages. Buffett lunch had varying reviews. There’s a little something for everyone at the Buffett - and if not, you’re right in Arashiyama with plenty of options. The morning attractions were quiet and peaceful, afternoon attractions were busier. Lots of gems on this tour. Highly recommend!”
